The police in Jinja are holding 120 people, who were picked up in Bugembe Town council, Kazimingi industrial area in Jinja, Kirinya road and jinja town, following complaints increased theft and insecurity in the area. According to Kiira region Police Commander Vincent Irama says many women had complained about theft through the snatching of phones and bags by youth suspected to be abusing narcotics drugs. #NTVNews
