Active Shooter - Taking a Second Weapon Into Account

Weapon disarming is often portrayed as the only unarmed solution to an active shooter incident, however it is not always the most appropriate objective to have, especially when many killers are armed with multiple weapons i.e. as you focus on disarming, rather first than "shutting down" the attacker, they may use their other weapon against you. This short video looks at why setting the goal of disarming, outside of the event, can see you get hurt or possibly killed.
