A: No. I do this at the end of a day of lifting weights.

A: The only way to see results (weight loss) is to be a caloric deficit on a consistent basis. This will help you. I personally do HIIT workouts 2-3 times a week combined with a consciously healthy diet. Weight loss takes time. Do not expect to lose 5 pounds in one week doing this, but do expect to see results within a month of consistent
