Instructions:
1. Download the video audio

2. Add the audio to your phone as if it were a song
iPone:
3. Set the audio file as your alarm rington
iPhone:
4. Set the alarm for 20 minutes before you want to get out of bed
5. When the alarm goes off it will gently wake you up for 15 min.
6. At 16 minutes it will chime 3 times to let you know it's time to wake up fully
7. The audio ends with a motivational message to start your day
