BREXIT CHAOS - Speaker Bercow: "MPs must not be messed around", tomorrow's debate could be delayed

House of Commons speaker John Bercow has suggested that tomorrow's main debate (on Brexit) could be delayed to ensure that MPs to get time to look at the motion properly and table manuscript amendments.

Labour MP Yvette Cooper says the government is holding a month-long consultation at the moment on door closures on the Docklands Light Railway.

"Isn’t it outrageous that the government is giving more time for a consultation on this than for its Brexit plan"?

Bercow says he agrees that MPs must not be “messed around”.
