multitasking is a lie. humans cannot perform two task effectively at the same time . if you try to do two things then one thing goes in the foreground of the brain which has our focus and the other task goes to the background which does not have our focus .
willpower is limited. our willpower is full in the morning and as the day passes it get empty just like a battery.
the two most important questions for your success are
1) whats your one thing ?
2)What’s the ONE Thing you can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?

big gaols are bad . instead on focusing on the year goal , month goal, week goal , day goal just focus on the now goal.
your goals are like domino . if you align your goals accordingly and just focus on the now gaol then you can achieve any big goal with ease.
give at least 4 hours of your day to your one thing . and that can be practicing,learning , discussing or anything related to that one thing.
