I had a request to make a video on the difficulties empaths can have when looking into the state of the world. If you are a inquisitive (idealist) empath, it doesn't take to long to discover that there are truly horrific things going on in the world. This video attempts to address various challenges empaths can have, especially the tension between needing to know the truth and therefore dealing with the tragic truth that can be discovered.
