
Today I’m showing you my butt exercises that I do from home with a resistance band. Do these exercises to get the butt you’ve always wanted. Not a single piece of equipment is needed, you can use a resistance band to make the exercises more intense and see faster results. Do this routine 3-4 times a week and you’ll become more satisfied with the results.
