In this talk, Jaya Jaya Myra talks about the connection between your life purpose, health and wellness, and how she used the power of purpose to recover from fibromyalgia. Myra discusses the differences between Eastern and Western paradigms to health and wellbeing, and how a common connector between both (backed by lots of scientific evidence) is living your life's purpose. With nearly 90% of non-communicable disease being related to lifestyle choices, this message empowers people to find new ways of thinking about happiness and health to support your full potential.
