Out of Religion Into a Personal Walk with God - Endeavor to Be Different

[Episode 02] Christians should know that we ought
to be different, we will not compare ourselves to the patterns and standards
of this world. We should live and act differently. We ought not be in a hurry
to copy what the world is doing. In the book of Daniel 1:8, Daniel
decided not to defile himself when chosen with 3 other Hebrew men to
undergo training that will qualify them to work in the king’s palace. These 4
Hebrew men chose to eat lean food instead of choice and desirable food
from the palace which has been defiled and was an abomination unto the
Lord. Maintaining their purity before God was more important to them than
desirable and sumptuous meals.
