Kelly caught in a lie, he told the courts that he is booked in Dubai in April and requested to work abroad but the government of the United Arab Emirates said it's NOT true, nobody requested him to perform out there & is not booked at any venue nor is he set to meet with the Royal Family, the Al Maktoum verified that they never invited the singer.
