These cookies are THE BOMB. You have to try them and share them with all your friends. Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup Butter (room temperature)
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
Zest of 1 Lemon
1.5 Bottles (3.5 oz) of Sprinkles
Directions:
0. Preheat oven to 300F, Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
1. Beat the butter
2. Add the sugar and beat some more
3. Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt
4. Add egg and vanilla and lemon zest and mix
5. Add flour
6. Roll dough into a ball and roll ball in a plate full of sprinkles until it's completely covered. Place on the baking sheet.
7. Gently flatten the cookies as shown in the video.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until desired doneness.
9. Eat and do a happy dance. :)
