Here's my spoiler free review of captain marvel. no spoilers for the film, no more details than you will find in a trailer. This movie does introduce the Skrulls and will probably be important when it comes to Avengers: End Game. So its probably worth seeing.
But there are very few major spoilers that should force you to see this opening weekend. You can wait and rent it, buy it, or get it at red box. But I think most marvel fans will want to see it before they watch Endgame so they're familiar with how the Marvel Cinematic Universe is treating the skrulls and kree.
