No equipment is needed to complete this 1000 touch training session, you only need a ball and a little bit of room. In this training session, you will get thousands of touches that will improve your confidence and ability when controlling the ball on the ground and in the air. Inspired by Ronaldinho, who aimed to get 1000 extra touches every day outside of team training to improve his touch on the ball.
