Welcome back to my channel guys. I'm excited about this workout today because it is back to abs - my favourite ;)
Trying to get defined lower abs can be a struggle, and I totally get that. When I started exercising to get defined stomach muscles, I could never seem to target the lower ab muscles and wondered what I could do. In the end, I started playing around with movements and found great exercises that worked so well on my lower stomach and got my defined lower abs!
So today I am sharing these moves with you and the exercises included in today's workout are ones that I incorporate into my routine every week.
