Sketchy Vert attends TX2K 2019 in Houston, Texas. Sketchy drives his Twin Turbo WS6 to a night meet at Midnight Performance with his friend and his Twin Turbo Cobra and a bunch of other fast street cars. Sketchy is invited to "play" with a group of 1,100+ HP Street Cars on the streets to do some "rolls" with this secret meet up group. The fun is abruptly ended, and Sketchy's future is at risk.
