Everyone is not guaranteed to lose 10 pounds, some may lose 7 while others lose 5. Everyone's metabolism is different. If you do not lose 10, or even if you do, you can always repeat the diet after taking 4 days off.
Don't forget to weigh yourself on the first day.
Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in a short amount of time? Of course if is! I have completed this diet several times, but I have to admit..... It is NOT easy.
