Psalm 37 - Why Worrying About Wickedness Isn't Wise (A Bible Devotional - Mountain Strong 1-12-3)

To paraphrase my Lord and Savior, “Worrying won’t make you taller” (or, as the ESV would have it, “Worrying won’t make you live longer,” lol). The fact is that worrying doesn’t achieve anything. Regardless, sometimes God’s people observe the financial, social, educational, and other -al gaps between themselves and wicked people and they find themselves worrying about it. The solution to this is not as simple as being told, “Don’t worry” (that doesn’t really help anyone), but perhaps it is as simple as reflecting on Psalm 37.
