Ukrainian presidential candidate Volodimir Zelenskiy underwent a blood test in Kiev on Friday.
Undergoing a blood test for drugs and alcohol was Zelensky's condition for participating in a presidential debate with Interim President Petro Poroshenko.
Zelenskiy also requested the debate takes place at Kiev's Olympiyskiy Stadium, the country’s largest. He also proposed that Yulia Tymoshenko, former Ukrainian prime minister who was knocked out of the presidential race, moderate the event.
Poroshenko dismissed the latter proposal; saying that she took third place in the first round and for her to moderate the event would be disrespectful to Tymoshenko and her 2.5 million voters.
A date for the debate has not yet been set. Zelenskiy said he would publish the results of his blood test in three days.
