Uttar Pradesh: Several Names Missing From Voters' List As voting across 18 states and 2 Union Territories started, there are several people whose names were missing from the voters' list in Baraut & Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. In Baraut's Veer Smarak inter-college area, which has around 15 booths, many people complained that their names were missing from the voters' list. It was noted that at least 2 to 3 names on an average were missing from many households.
