Your narcissist might seem to be winning because many narcissists have the mentality regardless of his or her lack of emotional regulation to go out into a material world and become very successful, while having a string of personal dysfunctional relationships. He or she has denounced love not the ability to financially gain.

Your self-esteem and confidence might have taken a real hit after the narcissistic relationship ended. Going no contact can help to boost your confidence to feel great about yourself again, instead of blaming yourself for the behavior patterns of your narcissist. Having a support base or going to a support group can also help you to reclaim your voice and identity. Learning how to transmute and release energy from a narcissistic relationship can be a real game changer!!

It is not uncommon for those who have been in a relationship with narcissists to feel guilt, shame, anger and loss after the narcissist has discarded him or her. Repeated thoughts of your narcissist might be another symptom of narcissistic abuse, which might be causing your some concern about your mental health or sanity. No, you are not going crazy. Narcissists are notorious for the crazy-making. You are not alone. Due to energy transference, certain thoughts and emotions can be experienced for long periods of time. Your narcissist might seem to be winning when you compare what you are going through, while it might seem like he or she has easily moved on to another supply and a better life. Don't be fooled..... things are probably not what they seem.
