Zimbabwe Citizens Are Upset The Government Spent $155K For 100% Blonde Horse Hair Wigs For Judges

The people of Zimbabwe are upset that the government purchased 64 100% blonde horse hair wigs for judges. The total cost was $155,000. Lawyers and rights groups stated the money could have been used for bandages and betadine for children in the pediatric wing of the hospital.
