Crowd Pleasing Southwestern Black Bean and Corn Salsa - ADDICTIVE

This fresh, colorful and flavorful black bean and corn salsa is absolutely addictive! What makes this bean and corn salsa/salad even better is that it’s super easy. There are a couple of different ways to enjoy the black bean salad recipe - savory or sweet. In our house we like the savory black bean salad. It pairs well with grilled chicken or fish and is delicious on tacos or burritos.

You can also enjoy the best black bean salad as an appetizer, serving with tortilla chips. This is the most common way to serve this recipe.

You may have heard it called Cowboy Caviar as well. I’m not surprised - the amazing southwestern flavors come together perfectly giving you an addicting bowl of black bean and corn salsa.
