NIS says North Korea's recent launch appears to be ground-to-ground projectile

국정원 "北 발사체, 지대지 형태…도발적으로 안 봐"
Seoul's top Intelligence agency says North Korea appeared to have launched a ground-to-ground projectile Saturday.
And that it does not see the move as a provocative act.
In a briefing at the National Assembly on Monday, the National Intelligence Service delivered the analysis of the regime's launch over the weekend and said it deems Pyeongyang is not going against denuclearization talks.
