In light of World Environment Day (June 5th), ACF is proud to introduce everyone to one sure-fire way of reducing the innumerable amounts of plastic in the oceans. Our eco-friendly dog leashes made of 100% fishing net are a win win solution!
We empower and engage fishermen and the women from fishing villages by training them in a new skill, we clean the oceans, reduce the plastic footprint, save the lives of thousand of marine animals and create an ever so needed product all over the world.
Best part is, this model can be replicated all over the world using our simple techniques.
Also, per leash, the women and fishermen are compensated and the remaining proceeds go towards our Animal Rescue shelter in the hopes of creating a semi-self sustaining model.
Circular economy; taking something of no use and making it something of value to inject back into the world as a useful product.
