As temperatures soar across France this week, authorities are rolling out emergency measures. More than 14,000 people died in France's record 2003 heatwave, most of them elderly. This time around, authorities are taking extra precautions to keep people safe. Nursing homes and home healthcare aides are also doing their part. Colin Kinniburgh reports.
