How to get Focused and Achieve More What are you focused on? If you're like most people you're not focused and the reason is because you're trying to do too many different things at one time. When you're meeting with a customer does the customer want you focused on things other than them? No, they want you focused on them. We will achieve far more when we are focused on completing one thing for this moment in time.
Example I use is great athletes in any sport. They became great because they are focused. Top performing salespeople are no different, these people get more done because they're focused on one thing at a time. When you're focused you think better and you will come up with better solutions and best of all you'll do it in less time. We will achieve more when we stop doing multiple things and focus on the one thing that is the one thing we need to focus on.
