Ingredients
500 grams raw mango pulp, peeled, seeds removed and cut into medium sized pieces
300 grams gud/jaggery, crushed
1.5 tbsp mustard oil
2 tsp saunf/fennel seeds
1.5 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1 tsp sabut dhania/coriander seeds, coarsely crushed
1 tsp ground methi dana/fenugreek seeds
1 tsp deghi mirch powder/red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp heeng/asafoetida powder
1/2 tsp kalonji/nigella seeds
