About the video:
Maintaining a low body fat percentage long-term requires a few different skills compared to getting leaner. In many cases, maintaining can be even more challenging than losing body fat as we see from the scientific data looking at weight regain and diet success.
Moreover, if we're looking at the real fitness goal, being lean is not something we want to have and enjoy for a week or two. The real goal is to live a healthy lifestyle and sustain the results long-term.
And most of the stuff out there focus on the short-term results and quick fixes for fat loss, but there's rarely an answer for what to do when it comes to long-term results.
Knowing this, I decided to create this video on the topic of maintaining a low body fat percentage to help you throughout your transformation. I hope this video helps you avoid some of the pitfalls I had on my fitness journey and that you can use this information to achieve amazing results.
