Trump 'promises' to cure AIDS and cancer if re-elected

Donald Trump has 'promised' to find cures for cancer and AIDS if he is re-elected.

The US President also pledged to prepare the way to land American astronauts on the surface of Mars as he launched his 2020 re-election campaign.

Trump told the crowd in Orlando, Florida, that he would protect their right to bear arms as he vowed to continue making America Great Again.
