US company suing US gov’t for China ‘losses’

FedEx is suing the US government over the Trump administration’s economic warfare on China – a considerable blow to FedEx’s business abroad. Business analyst Luther Mercer joins Rick Sanchez to weigh in. He argues that President Trump’s willingness to direct US businesses on behalf of the US strategic interest is “something we’ve never seen before.” He also points out that complying with Trump’s demands on FedEx may even be possible.
