What’s going on guys! In today’s video I have 3 tips that are gonna help you build muscle faster because it's going to help you establish the mind muscle connection better. Not sure what the mind muscle connection is? Be sure you watch this whole video because it's GOOD!

Mind muscle connection is the connection between your brain and the contraction that you feel in your muscle as you lift a weight, without this it will be extremely difficult to build any muscle on your frame.

The first tip is to flex your muscle during the entire rep. If you want to take your workouts to the next level, start flexing your muscle as hard as you can before you even begin the rep.

The second tip is slow down on your reps. Literally, that's it.

The third tip is to be sure you are getting the peak contraction on your reps. You will need to get the muscle in the most shortened position for this to work. For a visual representation, check the timestamp here - 7:08.
