Be Anxious For Nothing:  Don't Worry Are you a worrier? Do you battle with anxiety, fear, and/or frustration? You are not alone. I too battle with the same issues. I have come along way, but I truly have a long way to go. It's all about trusting God to the fullest and allowing His peace to overtake you through magnifying your gratitude and thankfulness vs. your worry and fear.

Cast all your care on Jesus for He truly cares for you. You may not feel it. You may not believe it. Regardless of our feelings, it is true that God's love for us is great.

When you feel those feelings of worry, anxiety, and frustration, it is very important to face those feelings and get them out. Release them in a healthy manner behind closed doors if you can. Scream into a pillow, punch a punching bag, write your worries in a journal. Talk to God about it. He knows, but he also wants to hear you express your pain. It is healthy to do. If we hold on to worry, anxiety, and frustration for too long, they can actually contribute to the narrowing of arteries that is a symptom of heart disease.

Gratitude is a major key to shifting our minds out of the grips of anxiety and worry. It has helped me tremendously through the years. It has kept me from ending it all in the past.

God loves you and desires for you to overcome worry and anxiety. Always go to Him and I promise He will show you, your way out. It may take time, but be patient with yourself and allow His love to heal you and restore your soul.
