Mr. Muralidharan has nearly three decades of experience in the field of  transmission and microwave towers. He is the Managing Director of jhamuna Tower tech Chennai.

Mr. Muralidharan s after completing his Master's degree in structural engineering started his carrier with the Central Government's autonomous body CSIR in the year 1973 . While at CSIR he was working in the field of software development related to structural engineering application.

Mr.Muralidharan was selected under German academic exchange program by CSIR to carry out research work in the field of tunneling at Ruhr University, Bochum in Germany. He worked in Germany from mid of 1980 till end of 1982 in a number of projects related to underground structures.

After the establishment of the state of the art testing station in India in the year 1984, Mr.Muralidharan was associated in testing of towers and was instrumental in testing of more than fifty of them. He was also associated in developing computer software for design and detailing of towers. Apart from this Mr Muralidharan was actively involved in setting and upgrading standards for design and tower testing in India. 

After taking retirement voluntarily from CSIR he has started his own company Jhamuna Tower Tech (Madras) Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1993. M/s JTT has designed and detailed a number of projects in the field of microwave and transmission line towers. Many successful projects involving the design, detail and testing of a complete transmission line consisting of many towers were completed for M/s. ZESB, Malaysia, for MESB, Malaysia, for PTC, Qatar, Zamil Steels, Saudi Arabia and so on.
