1 Red Bell Pepper
1-2 Carrots
3/4-1 Cup of peas or 1-2 Stalks of Finely Chopped Celery
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
Optional-
Black Olives
Keto Friendly-
Spaghetti Squash has 7g carbs per 1 cup
Sprinkle olive oil and salt to taste
Bake with holes facing down: at 400 degrees for 30 Minutes
Red Bell Pepper has 4g Carbs to 1 Bell Pepper
Peas have a lot of carbs. Substitute for Celery
