DONATE TO THIS CHANEL TO HELP KEEP IT GOING:
In this week’s video, I use a very old, but simple joinery method for building a toolbox. This joinery method is steeped in military history, offering a way for the common soldier to build sturdy crates and boxes with no formal joinery experience. These toolboxes are relatively fast to make and they turn out great! I use dowels to dress it up a bit more from the classic nail or screw approach.
I also show you a little trick for getting perfect dowel placement on the corner joints. As much as I love box joints and dovetails, these boxes actually come out stronger and last longer.
