This question comes up a lot when sellers are putting their home on the market. No home is perfect and often home sellers would much rather hide away their imperfections than to disclose them to a potential purchaser. This makes sense as you do not want to create a situation that will turn off any potential buyers. However it is very important to know what you must disclose, what you should disclose and what to stay away from all together.
In this video I talk about some things that you can do as a seller to prevent these issues from even becoming a problem in the first place. Watch the video then like, share and comment. Let me know your thoughts.
