This week and next will involve very little weights training and in the past that would have been a major annoyance for me however I've realised that you CAN still have an incredible session with very little weights and honestly I loved this. DBANDED SPRINTS 203ec work : 603ec Rest x 6sets.
DA. BARBELL BANDED JUMPS (Half squat Dip) Bsets X 5reps.
LJB. Straight into VERTICAL JUMPS (Bsets X 5reps), Making sure to keep my hands up during thejump.
D HORIZONTAL JUMPS 5 x 3reps) The Goal is to try & stick the landing better and hopefully go past that end cone. (Keep watching till the end of the slide for the actual length between cones Q).
DA: SIDE WALL BALL SHOTS (Bsets X 12 Both sides). I’m using a 9kg ball.
