{DISCUSSION} Is Kamp Koral an example of 'Corporate philia' gone too far?

Stephen Hillenburg is a man who inspired many people, including your truly, unfortunately, diseases tend to bring the greatest of humankind down to their knees, however, while the idea of Spongebob having a spin off isn't inherently bad, I feel as though that the Current Nickelodeon CEO doing this in bad faith and money, but that's generally the idea of many CEO these days.
