Kashmir On Edge: Airline Fare From Srinagar To Delhi Continues To Soar

Following the Civil Aviation ministry direction, Air India has reduced the fare to Rs 6,715 for flights from Srinagar to Delhi. The flight tickets from Delhi to Srinagar have also been reduced to Rs 6,899.
The decision comes in view of the prevailing situation, as thousands of Amarnath yatra pilgrims and tourists have been asked to immediately leave the Valley. However, many people were stranded as there were either no tickets or the prices were below Rs 10,000.
