In life you must always focus on making the right choices rather than the one's that please others. Often times people (family included) will attempt to influence your decision making in order to please themselves, which can even be at the expense of you. When in a role of leadership, it is crucial to avoid counterproductive outcomes that stem from bad decision making. When it comes to leadership what "makes them happy" should always come secondary (at best) to what is the right decision for the given situation. Futhermore as a man of principles and standards, you must understand that being a "Yes man" is inherently counterproductive to your leadership. A man of principles must have the ability to simply say, "NO", "NOT RIGHT NOW", "MAYBE LATER" and also "NEVER" in order to effectively lead his family to prosperity.
