Strongholds| Where do they reside?| What have you learned about his in your walk with Christ?

Today Im talking about a subject I have been thinking about for the last week or so.
Strongholds.
I have read about them in the bible but really had no idea how this was applied in the context of my life.
I will be going over for the next week or how how they are built all the way to how they are taken down.

What have you learned about this subject that may shed some more light on this topic? We all struggle with this and could use your perspective.
God has given all a level of grace in this area and your insight to this maybe a key to someones freedom.
