Vacuum toilets for Indian Railways' coaches

Vacuum toilets for Indian Railways' coaches Vacuum toilets for Indian railways' train coaches. LHB and ICF designs including Vande Bharat , T-18 and Humsafar Express

We are a startup, having developed most innovative vacuum toilet systems for rail coaches. These water efficient eco-friendly toilet systems are useful for other passenger vehicles like buses & ships etc and mobile toilet vehicles.
Our startup is owning several ‘Patent Pending’ in the field of Rail coach toilets & automatic water supply systems. Our innovative vacuum toilet systems provide unique solution to address poor sanitation environment in coaches over Indian Railways.
Our vacuum toilet system enables automatic rinsing & flushing of faeces and discharging it into collection tank/Bio-digester.
We have several ‘Patent Pending’ for the followings.
Automatic Vacuum Toilet System for all type rail coaches, including present manufacturing LHB type coaches in Indian Railways
Automatic Vacuum assisted toilet system for all type of rail coaches. This type of toilet is a unique solution for approx 50000 ICF type coaches running over Indian Railways, this is low cost and effective solution.
Energy efficient Automatic Water Raising System for rail coaches.
Energy efficient ejector type odour evacuation system for toilets in rail coaches.

The world is facing worse water situation, which emphasises the critical need of water conservation in toilets by implementing most modern technologies available. This innovative toilet system consume significantly low water approx 0.5 litre per flush.
The objective of the startups is to provide a simple, low cost and maintenance free outstanding solution for vacuum evacuation & flushing of waste, using only less quantity of water.
For many years, Indian railways used dropdown gravity toilets in passenger coaches, with gravity water flushing. Now, bio-digester tanks are fitted under existing lavatory pan/bowl. Even after the fitment of Bio-Tanks, the water flushing system not upgraded. This gravity flushing system is ineffective consuming more than 5 liter water per flush. This large quantity of water drain out the bacteria from bio-digester tanks, which is harmful for the heath of bio-digester. The water pressure in the gravity flushing system is not sufficient to flush the complete faecal matter into the bio-tank, which float in the bowl/pan bottom. The faecal matter is visible from toilet, and it presence gives a feel that toilets are clogged. It is also unhygienic and emanates exorbitant odour.
Another grave issue is the clogging of toilets, which is due to passenger throwing foreign objects like bottles, bottle caps, sanitary napkins etc.

Our innovative design with pressurised water flushing and vacuum evacuation of waste from toilet pan/bowl provides a unique solution to all the issues being faced in present bio-toilets in Indian Railways. Our vacuum system is highly professional and best in the industry.
