On the Foreign Affidavits Eye meant to write it would be recognized as an Apostille not an Estoppel (duh). Eye read that and was like what the heck..... Courts must recognize the " Foreign Affidavits" which can also double as a letter to release the credits from your international mortiman accounts (contracts) from application.
