Bupa CEO says sorry and 'we are capable of much better'

Hisham El-Ansary, the CEO of Bupa for Australia and New Zealand, apologises after public revelations that Bupa aged care facilities across the country has failed to meet basic standards. He said his company was 'capable of much better' and promised to make the necessary changes.
