Give So As To Honor God

When we give to God it should be to honor him. He should receive my first and best. But what does that mean in practical terms? If I sing to God poorly but my heart is right, is that okay? Do I have to wear my Sunday Best to church? Bear wrestles with this, in this 5 minute clip.
