Video: An afternoon to evening of plane spotting easterly takeoffs from runway 09R at London Heathrow airport. Times are changing with regards to the British Airways and Virgin Atlantic fleets, so I wanted to start stocking up footage of the retro livery BA aircraft and the Virgin A340s as they are set to be completely phased out by November. Alongside this, I caught a few new things I had not seen yet such as the Biman Bangladesh 787 & Air Mauritius A330neo. One highlight moment in this spot which was really unexpected was a Egyptair 777 (15:30) rotating at the very end of the runway (after it had an intersection departure) giving one of the lowest flybys I have ever caught at this airport.
