Good morning. You’re through to Slater and Gordon Lawyers. How can I help?

Here at Slater and Gordon, we’re very fortunate. We have over 2,000 different backgrounds, perspectives, characters, ways of working, sets of strengths, 2,000 different ways of solving problems for customers.

At Slater and Gordon we believe in keeping our customers updated every step of the way.

Good customer service, to me, is where clients feel so comfortable that they can return, speaking to me directly, and I can help them with any future queries that they have.

It’s making the client feel like they’ve done the right thing by contacting us.

It’s about treating every customer equally and with respect.
It’s about understanding our customers’ needs.

Delivering the best experience for the customer.

For me, it’s about providing our support and guidance and encouraging each other to do better.

For me, it’s showing empathy to customers in difficult situations and providing practical solutions.

Good customer service to me means engaging with the clients so they feel at ease at a time of distress and giving them clear legal advice so that they can feel confident to move on to the next steps with us.
