In today’s video, I’m going to discuss the importance of utilizing the different support systems inside of Wealthy Affiliate. This is one of the few platforms which provides a voluminous amount of support.
The first type of support is the Live Chat which is open 24/7. What you may not realize is that this program is available on a global scale which means you have access to people in different time zones.
So even if you have a question at 4am, you’ll likely find someone to respond to your query.
The next type of support is basically a Public Question which is accessed through your profile page. All you have to do is write your question and have it posted in a classroom or on the main dashboard for WA at the top of the blogroll for everyone to see.
The third type of support is Site Feedback. When you design your site and create content for it, it would be best to submit it for Site Feedback early on so you can avoid making rookie mistakes.
The final type of support can be accessed in your personal messages. You can personally message anyone in the platform, however, Site Support will be your best option for any technical issues you have with your site.
