Use the candied cranberries as a garnish to holiday desserts or on top of holiday drinks. These would look amazing on whipped topping! Use the cranberry simple syrup to sweeten seltzer water or holiday drinks or even on top of ice cream. Just make sure you use even ration of 1 part cranberries, 1 part water and 1 part granulated sugar. I only use pure sugar cane sugar and not beet sugar. The sanding sugar also adds a beautiful touch!
